This luxurious villa is situated on the north eastern hills of Zakynthos in the small
village of Korythi. Aeolus is set within it's own private courtyard with beautiful mature olive trees and established
gardens. With stunning views out to sea and the Peloponnnese in the distance the area is renowned as an area of outstanding
natural beauty.
In Greek mythology Aeolus was one of the wind gods and when we first found this spot we chose
this name to reflect the gentle breeze that whispers through the trees most afternoons. Stavlo is greek for stable as this
building was originally a stable.
The villa is self-catering and can sleep 6-9, ideal for two families as there are
two separate adjacent properties. The sleeping accomodation on the first floor opens out onto a spacious terrace
with magnificent views. The ground level comprises a very large open plan kitchen/dining and sitting area.Three sets of french
windows open onto generous terraces that lend themselves well to al fresco dining and entertaining. Stavlo,
a self contained studio is next door, and can sleep 3 with an additional Z bed.
Outside in the luxuriant mediterranean garden is the pool with sun loungers, an outside
oven and BBQ area and ample private parking. A car is essential. There is a twice weekly hostess service and
towels are provided. (not beach towels.) A welcome pack is provided on arrival.
